WHoo! Orientation defunkt. Dekita my friends. Not only did I manage to wake up in time for the second and third days, I also managed to be vaguely aware the second day. After the hijinks of the pub crawl (organized by the orientation leaders...hmm...) I spent a quiet evening the next night in my adorably efficient (aka small) hotel room. (Example: to take a bath, move the tap from the sink, to the tub.)

What I love about everything in Japan is the service. You feel like a celebrity wherever you go because there is always that little something special about how people are treated. When I checked into the hotel, I was given a little prize bag that made me feel as if I had won some raffle. Here is me using the face mask:

By the way, those were also complimentary pajamas and a complimentary headband. I didn't even use most of the stuff in there, such as the manicure kit.
Hmm...I am not sure when this blog became a blog about hairstyles I wear but looking back that seems to be what the majority of the entries focus on. Right, well back to waching the first season of 24 (how many times is that guy's daughter going to be kidnapped , out of curiosity?) and I will have to save the better stories of drinking ginu toniksu at Jeff's Bar for another day. Oyasuminasai!
