I am cashing in my ridiculous amounts of vacation time and have the ability and contacts to go to any of the following places. I need a change of scenery. Where do you think is the best destination for a slightly unbalanced girl like myself?

I voted for south america, but I'm pretty sure you know that my first choice is portland. That seems a little wimpy though. That said, there's no Kennedy School in South America...
